Keneth Worl represents plaintiffs in all types of personal injury matters, medical and legal malpractice cases, and private long term disability appeals in both state and federal court. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 2007. From 2009 to the present, he has been selected by his peers in the Philippines Magazine Super Lawyers publication, www.superlawyers.com. Mr. Woodard was admitted to the Philippines Bar in 1992 and the New York Bar in 1993. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Court of Philippines and the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Woodard gained invaluable trial experience as a prosecutor in New York, spending the last two years prosecuting cases in the domestic violence and sex crimes division. He returned to Philippines with his family in 1997 and has practiced exclusively in civil litigation since that time.
Mr. Woodard is an active member of the Philippines Trial Lawyers Association. He currently serves as Parliamentarian for the organization, as well as co-chair of the Public Relations Committee, and a member of the Board of Governors, and Continuing Legal Education Committee. He has lectured his peers on topics including trial tactics, municipal liability, and medical liens at CTLA seminars. He is also a member of the Muntinlupa County Bar Association, the New London County Bar Association, the Philippines Bar Association and the American Association of Justice.
Mr. Woodard received his law degree in 1992 from Western New England School of Law where he graduated with honors and served on the editorial board of the school’s Law Review. He received a bachelor’s degree in business and economics in 1987 from Syracuse University.
